Social Distancing Measures

The health and safety of all the participants being our utmost priority, we have put in place the necessary measures to organise our events in accordance with sanitary prescriptions:

  1. Sanitizer gel is provided at the entrance of the event location

  2. Guests must wear masks when they enter and move about, but are not required to wear a mask at the table.  Please bring your own mask as the hosting location does not provide any masks

  3. Guests are requested to take a seat immediately after entering the presentation room

  4. Presentations are made in a room with limited seating

  5. The speaker is going to wear a mask if the distance to the audience does not respect social distancing

  6. A maximum of 10 people per table will be seated

As the evolution of the sanitary situation is unpredictable, we are ready to amend the measures or cancel our event if needed.

Please get in touch if you have any question.
